well, i got this far -3 coats ofhigh build filler primer, now to block evrything down, then get all the plastic parts done up... then once its 100% perfect (probly in 3 weeks
) gotta paint all the door jams and engine compartment, then on goes black base coat- 2 coats, wetsand, then a 3rd coat -then one coat of clear with silver pearl, then 2 coats of straight clear. I think that should look pretty good.
i gotta find new mount brackets for the rear bumper where it goes on the quarter, those things are falling apart, i hope the dealers till sells them [&:]
i left some stuff on it cuz i was trying to get it sprayed before dark so it wouldnt end up full of bugs. all that primer gets sanded down anyway, never has to be perfect.

Oooo, you should have done the DIY vent across the manifold.

ehh.. dont like it.
i want it to look plain, basic, mostly stock, but something different about the paint - that will be the silver pearl in it. It should have just a silver cast to it at certain angles, the sprayout card i did makes it look something like black chrome, its weird i cant even describe it but it looks badass. Its one of those you have to see in person.

Also i forgot, the other addition i have for it, a 6 disc factory CD player from a 2004 dodge truck. now i just gotta find a wire diagram of some sort to figure out what all the wires do. that will be something different, works good, serves a purpose, but nothing someones gonna bust my windows to get because its just a factory stereo. Even if they wated it that bad ya gotta get past my dog, my garage and me with guns before you get to my cars...
