thats weird. I have never heard of a constant problem like that. Have you tried using lock-tight on it. Im guessing youve already tried a better metal gasket. Maybe even try some RTV sealant. And just torque the hell out of the bolt. Make sur to use anti seize though. In case you need to get them off later

i doubled the gaskets this time, its lasted for a week so far.
i wouldnt mess with it much but it makes it soundlike complete ****, i hate exhaust leaks with a passion.
i crank the bolts tight as hell,
with the setup i have i still get a rich stumble when the BOV opens, and when racing or runnin the**** out of it, it'll load up when i let off to shift then it backfires when i get back on the throttle, so thats probly not helping that gasket much[&:] the more thegasket leaks the worse it gets too.
ive had people tell me a flame at least a foot long comes out when it backfires

You can try loctite on the bolts too. It is odd that you keep blowing the gasket, then again, you do run the crap out of you cars, lol.

No cat = flames out the tail end
It's at that point, non-restrictive piping.
