well i sold my 04 lancer today, and am looking to get back into a 92-94 eclipse. i have a chose between a 92 eclipse gsx or a 94 talon tsi, i know their pretty much the same, but was wanting some info from you guys on which one ya'll think would be better.

All depends on your preferences really. Interior is identical, exterior is nearly identical with a few minor exceptions, and the power is the same. Mitsubishi Eclipse is the more well known name opposed to the Talon wich isn't as well known in the tuner world except for those of us that KNOW what it is.

 

i personaly like the style of the 1st gen talon a hole lot better than the eclipse.
but the 92 dsm might have the 6 bolt setup.thats a lot better because of internals!
the easiest way to find this out is this. look at the oil pan from the left side, or from the driverside of the vehical. if the side of the oil pan has a bump that comes out...then you have the much desired 6-bolt! if the oil pan dents in then its the 7-bolt. you have to look at them from the side. the 92 is more likely to have it! hope this helps

 

I like talons better however I would def take which ever one has the 6 bolt motor as well. If they both are 6bolts id take the talon
