1991 eagle talon tsi awd walboro 255 pump
so first i want to know where the fuel pump relay is
i think my fuel pump might have gone out because i went to start my car one morning and it would turn over but no spark. Bought new spark plugs and when i turn the car to the on position you dont hear the pump go off.
I let it sit for a few days and then said what the heck and tried to start it today and it started and i let it idle for about 5 mins then cut it off and washed it and then tried to start it again and it did at first for a minute but wouldnt stay on, had to start it a few more times and i couldnt rev it high at all and eventually it just got to the point of where i couldnt get it started anymore and i didnt hear the pump anymore.
think i need a new pump or relay or what?
thanks

On 1g's when yu turn the key on the pumps dont come on. They only come on when its cranking.
When it doesnt start check the injectors and see if they are firing.
There isn't a "fuel pump relay" but a mpi relay near the ecu. There is also a fuel pump check connector up on the firewall. Run a jumper to the battery and check to see if the pump turns on.
