Default I really need HELP idk what to do

On my 92 eclipse 1.8L what would cause antifreeze to end up in the oil pan. I was thinking head gasket but I'm really not sure ?????????

The head was warped and gasket wad messed up but since I posted this I had the head resurfaced and new gasket and has fixed the problem
