Jumps every time I let off the gas
I have a 94 Eclipse (base model 1.8L) and lately I've been having an issue with it when I stop giving it gas, the car jumps as if it's about to stall out. It shifts fine so I pretty much ruled out transmission problems, and I'm thinking it's something to do with the fuel system, (dirty fuel injectors, bad regulator). maybe even spark plugs. I'm just wantin a second opinion on this before I start tearing down the motor. PLEASE HELP ME OUT IF YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT I"M TALKING ABOUT!! THANK YOU!!
