It's a possibility though I'm not sure how solid of one it is. If the sensor wasn't hooked up though I would think the ECU would throw a code and give you the CEL. The wiring itself should be the same but possibly a small difference somewhere in the ECU? Also I don't know that this would affect it or not but the ECU you put in wasn't from a turbo engine when you have a NT engine in the car or vice versa?

I am getting a CEL. I also took the factory ECU out of the car and carried it to the parts store with me. They looked it up and got me the remanufacured one. I have a turbo engine and the ECU is the exact # of the one it replaced. If that helps?

Have you pulled the most recent codes? If so what are they exactly? That SHOULD give you something to look at but codes I've seen be wrong before. (Computers aren't smart.... they're more like a high speed idiot...)
