Hey guys i just got a 1992 mitsubishi eclips and its a nice gar with a blown headgasket i have to fix paint job is good i'll post pics asap, but my dad and relatives are all car men and they will teach me everything i need to know about body work and paint but only my cuz does engine work and he offered to help me out, but i want my car to be a sick lil ricer so if you guys could give me some advice about upgrades and new parts to get me goin id really appreciate it, thanks guys

 

one i should smack you for calling/wanting to build a ricer, and 2 it would help us out alot if we knew what version Eclipse you have other than a 1G

check out the post in the top of the eclipse forum stickyed gst/gsx.... if you put a body kit on it, i will fight you.

 

you want a ricer? ok... get about 40 decals of companies that you don't have parts for, put them all of the car, and call it a day. paint the car primer and get the biggest, most obnoxtious(damn i can't spell) body kit you can find, and snap it on(don't mold it on). then go find the biggest exhaust, preferably at 6" canister, and put it on....cause you know, bigger is better. get some of those windshield washer LED thingys on the hood.

then you sir, will have the greatest ricer car EVA!!

 

well good news.. you got turbo(GS-T).. bad news your dads driving with a bad head gasket and your car is smoking a lot cause of that :-P and eclipsed4u forgot about those BIG carbbon fiber(fake fibby) painted wings but andysautosport.com should help ya a lil.. get a CAI first help it breathe then go for an exhaust and then go from there

 

HA HA HA now now boys & gals lets be nice he is new to the eclipse world and i think we all had images at one point in time of body kits dancing in our heads so here we go what advice are you seeking besides what has been stickied at the top of the fourm.

 

well since you all are mean LOL I just bought a 2000 eclipse gt. and all I've done it cat back pipe kit aem cold air intake b&m short shift dual function clutches and new wheels with a cool system lol two twelves with a 750 watt amp. no braggin just helpin with some ideas
