you need pretty much evrything from a turbo car, blowoff is always a very good idea, exhaust manifold, downpipe, all the IC plumbing, injectors most likely, fuel pressure regulator, possibly a fuel pump, the wastegate should be in the turbo if its a stock one from a 4g63. thats what controls your boost, its a bypass valve to go around the turbo basically.
But your not gonna be able to run much more than 5 or 6 PSI probly from the higher compression of the NT engine unless you plan on changing the pistons to lower it. if you go more your boosted compression ratio gets so high youll get bad detonation and pretty much trash your engine quick.

its gonna be more trouble than its worth. Trust me. Cuz your also gonna need a turbo ECU wiring harnesses. Everything basically from a turbo. Unless you have a junk turbo car lying around its not worth it.

i would recommend finding some articles about how a turbo system is setup, and what the components are and do...once you have a better understanding of how everything works, youll better understand what youll need for this build.

you can TURBO your car fairly cheap but you won't get much power out of it before you have to spend a good amount of money to rebuild the bottom end and tune it.
BASICS:
manifold
turbo
wastegate if it's not on it already
downpipe
intercooler piping
intercooler
blow off valve
those are the absolute bare minimums. to get any kind of usable power you'll also need
bottom end rebuild
boost controller
boost gauge
tuning device
clutch
tune
by the time you get done w/ all this you'll most likely have paid about 2-3x as much as the car is worth and at least 2x as much as you can get a stock gs-t for.
also by the time you get done w/ all of this your turbo will be maxed out and it's time for spend another 1200-1500 to upgrade your turbo and fuel. it's really not worth it.
