i never used to hear this, so uhm, today my oil check light came on and off, so i added some oil even though it was perfect, well, idk, then i hear a HISSING noise coming from around my BOV that sounds like ITS leaking, but i dont know if its that, any ideas? its near my BOV on the far left side of my engine bay,

 

isnt the oil light on and off a symptom of crankwalk?

 

*sigh* Not crankwalk, aww geez, are you sure? What about the hissing noise from around my BOV? And now how do I check or fix this crankwalk issue? Thanks

Isn't there a crankwalk FAQ? I don't remember... Do a google if not and read about it. I don't remember all the symptoms but the hissing I don't think is one. And how did you check the oil? Immediately after the engine ran? Or did you wait for it to drain to the bottom of the pan?

 

immediately after i ran the engine. and the hissing is from something. around my BOV.

 

haha ok i fixed it, it was coming from the tube connected to the BOV.
