Well i should expect your getting premium fuel otherwise you'd destroy your engine. But what i was getting at is that i had stock fuel pump and injectors. That is the main problem with running high boost, your car will be getting more air than the fuel system can handle so your car will cut off. But to answer your question again, yes 13psi is definetly fine.

just do give you an idea of what you can beat, If you truly are getting a catback exhaust, then you should get an intake to.
You should be able to beat every dumb honda on the road. And also don't be intimidated by those V8 Mustangs, you'll be able to take them at either a slow roll (10-20mph) and all day from a stop. This is off course unless there mustang is modded. You won't be able to beat the camaro's and trans ams.

Because you're not using a mass amount of air. When you WOT, or close to it, the air pours in, and there you have it. If you're easing into it, air and fuel are mixing well, and you don't get the backfire. ...I believe

Ok well its the back fire that is making it stutter, n backfiring because the exhaust pipes aren't welded together, so theoretically if I weld the pipes together, then it would fix the back fire thus fixing the stutter?

If it's backfiring then you may have a clogged exhaust pipe... Check the caty and the muffler for flow. Welding the system together will quiet the backfire SOUND but you'll be forcing the airflow that's IS the backfire elsewhere (I.E. into the engine). I'd say possibl look into replacing the caty (What year is teh car and how many miles on it?) The muffler should be fine. Usually the caty'll cause that crap cuz it gets clogged with impurities in the exhaust.
