Ok here's the issue... I'm trying to find a 1G GST tranny(m/t), not any luck right now because it's not too common to see a GST. So I was trying to find out if I can get a GST tranny out of the 2G Eclipse's. Does anyone know if that would work? Or is is too much if a hassle.

They aren't identiacal but pretty close. The starter plate has to have the starter bolts line up but I think thats it.
