update and why i feel stupid
ok.. i made a post about belts ac ect.. the prob with my belts was the alternator.. not the belt.. the hole in the alternator where you put in the bolt i was stipped, therefore making it impossible to keep the belt tight, i put a different bolt in there with a nut on the end to tighten in and it is not sqeeling anymore.. thats why i feel stuipid.. but the AC still drains ALOT of power, it is nearly impossible to take off with the AC on unless i rev to 3k and eas off the clutch.. and my clutch isnt the greatest but still works.. seems better now that i fixed my exhaust leak and noisy belt.. maybe it is just in my head i dunno.. but thats whats goin on, give me any opinion you can think of if you have one on the AC
air conditioner takes anywhere from 15 to 30 HP to run average.
your using the engines power to run it, your gonna notice it dragging.

well, just today i tore it apart and found out my timing was off damn near 2 teeth [&:] so thats why it was so damn slow, i fixed it and it is alot better now, ac still sucks power though, now without AC i idle at about 950 and with about 650-700... does that sound about right??
All the belts including the timing belt was replaced, they all look brand new, the alternator belt only snapped cuz it was loose. it also dont run as hot now that it is in time all the way, but the clutch is still sticky.. wish i had the money for a new one
no racer, i just recently found out it wasnt my clutch it was my bands in the tranny.. my stepdad told me thats what it was so i went to advanced and put some special Lucus oil in it that is supposed to renew the bands and stop any slipping and hard shifting in auto and light weight manual transmissions and it is slowly getting better but i havent got to drive it in 3rd or 4th much so they are still slipping..
