ok there's this 94 Eagle Talon for sale for $1000... they guy said the car is in good condition... now asuming it is and i buy the car... could i get the 4g63 engine to fit??

it has a 4G63 I think. no? if its a 420a then no you cant but I thought those were 4G63 Non turbo

Well, it depends on the trim level. The base models come with a 1.8L( it's either the 4g67 or 4g37) and the sport levels come with 2.0L (4g63).

Its a 4g63 but its different. It obviously dosent have the turbo or manifold, it has different cams, headgasket, pistons, rods, block(the nt block has different oil spouts).

Other than that its the same monster... meanning all you need is a 4g63 motor, ecu harness, ic pipes,turbo and you will have your self a little sleeper.

ok... so ? #2 are the rebuilt engines from overbore.com decent engines... or sould i just save my money and have it done elsewhere?
oh and also ive heard alotta people around say that its not a good idea to put mods on a new engine and that you need to drive so many miles before adding anyting so you can break in the motor.... if so how many miles?

thats y people buy used engines.....I think U'd have 2 have about 50k miles on it, not sure tho...but yea try looking for a good used engine!
