First off do a little searching on the forum and you'll find multiple threads with ALL the info you need. But a quick rundown:

Injectors
Fuel pump
Tubro timer
Boost guage
Boost controler
the turbo itself
intake and exhaust
Fuel pressure regulator
Blow off valve
Engine internals (Higher boost #'s like the 20-22 PSI you're talking abot will DESTROY you stock internals)
Then you want to start thinking of things like the cooling system and the intercooler and associated piping.

I think this is a damn good start for items you'll need to replace. Anyone else have anything further to add?

Turbo timer is not nessesary and neither is a motor build up "yet". the 16G will only get him around 350WHP give or take and the bottom end will hold 400+ before being to much. but everything else is a good idea to have. And you couldnt have searched to hard for these answers because Player69 alone has at least 4 threads about the 16g that asked a similar question and a few more details

I would say fmic, bov, 3' dp, 3' cat back, intake, 3"gm maf w/ translator, 190lph walbro, safc, boost gauge, wideband(or soemthing similar for tuning), mbc, and a clutch.

Good call Pete I didn't even think of the clutch... I also thought the 16G was about the time you wanted to start thinking about a full engine rebuild... And my bad I forgot the piggyback fuel system... I had most of it though...

The 16g is a great upgrade for the 4g63 in the respect that its a bit better then the t25 and is a direct fit. When you go with a 60 trim then its time for a rebuild.

Thats really not cool though, the 4g63's stock internals can take up to two times the hp that it comes with where the 420a blows apart after an extra 60hp. I am going to fight chrysler.

id agree with this but dont exactly need the maft, add 660 injectors and knowledge of how to tune or some $$ to pay someone to tune and youre all set

Ya i wasent sure about the maft either, I know for 1g's a good upgrade is a 2g maft but i didnt know how far that would actually take the car so I threw it in there to be sure.
