Default 1g valve cover on 2g

I was wondering if a 1g Valve cover would swap on to a 2g engine? For a little more info, the 1g is a GS and i don't know the year, and i drive a 95 GS-T. The 1g valve cover looks better than mine, that is about the only reason i would like to swap. Lastly, some of the screws holding my valve cover on are stripped, I can take them out, but they don't seem to tighten all the way down and cause oil to leak a little. Is there a easy fix for this?

Thanks

I haven't changed it, but i would like to beacuse i do leak oil a little.
Not to be an ***, but does anyone have any ideas/tips on the stripped screws? I think like 3 of the screws will not tighten down all the way which is another reason that my car leaks oil, i believe.

On a side note, my valves are sticking and i have tried Lucus Oil Stabalizer as i read that that would fix the problem. Any ideas on the valves?

Sorry if these are dumb questions, i would just like some expert advice.

for the screws, you can run a tap down the hole to fix it.

Could you please elaborate? I mean is this something i should have a shop do, or can somone with next to no skill accomplish this?
Thank you for all the help

its not really a hard thing to do but you gotta make sure that your using the right tap and that you are goin in straight. Taps can break pretty easy so when you get it in there make sure you at moving it all around from side to side or force it too much. then its a pain in the ***. If you dont trust yourself just ask a buddy or someone that you know knows how to do it.
