i would say 750 to 850 injectors and i would say 14 and down on boost with stock internals. i have a maniual boost controller but the Apexi Super AVC-R. you can get them cheap of EBay in the box. And becarful running it hard since you have a 7 bolt. i walked mine and you'll want to shoot your self if you walk yours too lol

Before this car i had an 99 gs auto tranny so crank walk wasnt something thatI really had to worry about. Is there a way to convert my block to a 6 bolt? Or am I just going to have to swap the engine down the road and pray my 7 bolt doesnt walk lol

Just search 6-bolt swap and the term "crankwalk". And read till your eyes burn...then there will still be tons you don't know, but thats a good way 2 start. Ive walked one myself, Don't be feared of it or you will never truly enjoy your ride. If you plan on keeping the car for a long time just set back some cash just in case.

I'm using 750's with my 20g and boosting the hell out of it (28psi), but the bottom end is built pretty solid and its a 6 bolt running race fuel. If your gonna set a max of 14-15 psi you should be ok on those. I have to run my fuel pressure a little high to keep enough fuel going to it. Dont worry so much about the 7 bolt motor, ive seen them last a good long time with proper maintenance
run it till it blows ( if it ever will)then dig up a 6 bolt to rebuild.
You guys all know some day the 6 bolt will be impossible to find because evryone just has to get one and people like me blow them up ocasionally.

dude, a 20g is greakin huge. You'll get better response, and more power from a 16g.
The 20g is designed for (i guess you could say) high boost levels, by that I mean more than 1 bar, or 14 psi.
The 16 is designed for (I guess you could say) moderate boost level, by that I mean anywhere from 5, to 15 psi.

I know this because the greddy kit I had on my 00 civic Si used the 16g, and after alot of research with Turbonetics, and Garret, I came to the conclusion that since I wasnt going to be putting down more than 450 wheel hp I should either stick with the 16g (max hp on that car with that motor) should be in the neighborhood of 370 to 400.
I ended up upgrading to the (freakin hard to come by) TD06-18h-b, which is the 18g compressor with the 16g impeller with ceramic bearings.

Not that you aren'tgoing to be making huge hpnumbers with either, just IMHO, sounds like this is goingto be a street driven car, not a dyno queen or track terror.
