Default 2500 dollars in upgrades and boom a $10.00 part goes poof

no poof but tick tick tick i am having a tick in #2 my odb 2 codes are fuel trim cylinder 1 and injector error #2. I'm pretty sure i have a bad rod bearing i was thinking if the bearing is bad and my rod is not out of round i could change the crankshaft bearings out and not have to machine the block and what not i put the upgrades on w/out a rebuild . but i'm trying to hold out till i have the 2400 dollars its going to cost to do it not to mention having the block machined well any how what do you think ???

no its accompanied by low low oil pressure. that's why i believe this to be a rod bearing and two ase master techs say they believe it to be the rod it started in the top end but its possible it could be the lifters one it get worse under deceleration and all symptoms point to a rod bearing... mods see this throws me i don't run this car hard cause when it breaks its not cheap... well mods include whats listed below on the sig [head] and triple angle valve grind stage 1 valves [block] balance shaft delete deleted p.s./ac/ . and after today its not just low pressure its worse its no pressure stock boost controller(for the engines sake )... all on a stock tune ....
