Default 300-350 hp

Still new to the dsm world. Wanted to know how hard or easy is it to get a 95-99 gst to anywhere between 300-350 hp? Not even talking wheel hp, just at the crank. Sounds like the evo 3 turbo is a pretty popular swap, fmic, cat back and b.o.v., What else do i need? Oh and at safe boost, because i dont wanna blow anything.

Thanks, alot........

Yeah your on the right track. Just thought i would let you know, that with that much power, traction is going to be a BITCH. Have you ever considered selling it and picking up a GSX? It will be well worth your while to do so.

In order to get those kinds of gains you will need the following:

Intake
Exhaust
Blow off valve (recirculated)
EVO III 16g
FMIC
Boost gauge
Boost controller
Wideband gauge
Apexi SAFC II
660cc injectors
Walbro 190lph fuel pump

You can probably reach this at about 20psi. The safe max for the motor i would say is about 25psi.

Also, if you are above or around 80k on your clutch, then you are going to need to change it at some point. An ACT 2600 with a street disc is what i would choose.

Any questions?

Hey sebba its funny how u just said all my upgrades, lol u evem got the act clucth right, lol and yeah I got traction issues too, in the rain once my car spools up I just sit there and spin tires. Only bad thing is when ur stuck in traffic with that act 2600 clutch, maybe its just cuz of the cams tho

I have the ACT 2100 in mine, and I love it over the stock clutch.. But I would agree.. Wouldnt hurt going with the 2600.. Especially if your going to be driving it hard..
