Default 420a timming belt

Ok guys youre gonna HATE me for this post... but i lost my haynes book.... (a lil bit more of luck and it'd all be smiles and sunshine...) i NEED to replace the timming belt... like bad, can i do this myself? or would i have to pull the head or engine out?... also is it recommended to change the water pump or the oil one?

Oddly enough i was just looking for this information for you. Im sure it can be done with the motor in the car.

It is recomended that you change the tensioner, tentioner pulley and water pump too while your at it.

all right, thats what i was thinking, its squealing really bad at the beggining and i dont want any bent valves... ill also drain the radiator now that im taking the water pump out... if you find how to do it lemme know please, and thnx man =)

You SURE thats the timing belt that making noise?

How many miles are on it?

Try removing hte timing belt cover and looking at the belt to see any abnormalities.. might bea rip

nah its not a rip, i checked it, its just dry as hell, i spray in some belt ease or some untrustful **** like that and it stops... but i dont wanna keep using that, im afraid it might break a tooth, or it might slip or something, and trust me, the belt has MANY miles on it
