Car: 1999 eclipse spyder 2.4l gs

ok some people might remember me getting advice on what to get and what I need to make this project safe. Well basically ove done my research and have found cheap used parts but that were in perfect quality. Below ill list the parts of what I have and what I will be getting within the next few weeks. Basically what im asking is for your knowledge and epirence to see what else I need to complete this project.

Parts I have:
All these parts from a Evo 3:

JDM evo 3 head with aftermarket internals. (5 angle valve job)
Stock evo 3 turbo (think its the same as gst)
Intake & Exhaust Manifold (Ported)
Basically its the whole top end
Including throttle body, Injectors, etc.

Parts from other cars I have:

2g gst stock downpipe
FMIC Custom (No pipes)
Gauge Pod With 3 gauges
Greddy type-s BOV
Manuel Boost Control
EVO 8 MAF w/ 1g adapter plug (K&N Filter)

I'm thinking I am about 3 parts away (Gaskets, FMIC piping, EPROM) from being done but I have a feeling I'm missing stuff. What else do I need if im just running stock boost 8psi? Do I really need any fuel upgrades yet?

And what else would I need If I choose to run more boost? fuel, block internals, etc????
