Default 6 bolt build

i have a 96 gsx and i want to build a 6 bolt swap and put a gt35r on it .It will also be a daily driver so what internals would i need ?

First off, do you know what you are doing with a 6 bolt swap? second, talk to 93eclipsegsx. He is building a 6 bolt motor and plans on using a gt35r or bigger turbo. You are going to need all forged internals, no doubt about that.

go there and take a look at their stage 3 head and block. Also all of the parts on there.

You will also want HKS 272 cams or something like them to take advantage of the turbo. You are going to need a DSM link to tune with. You will need some big injectors. 950cc or so depending on what kind of boost you plan to run. Obviously you will want a BIG FMIC. Might i suggest the 10.5" Intercooler kit from extremeintercoolers.com

Now you also have the option of talking to Buschur racing and having them build the motor exactly to your needs.

oh yea, deffinatly. I spent $8k on my build and its not enough to run a gt35r at high boost

right now i have a evo3 16g with full supporting mods and dsmlink which i am trying to learn how to use right now and i plan on ordering a water injection shortly i want to have about 400-500 hp so what turbo and internal build options do you suggest

a big 20g will get you into the mid 400's.. Otherwise the 35 will get you there

dual ball bearing 50 trim all the way. Thats what im getting and i plan on 450hp at the wheels

That would get it done.. Quicker spool too.. Although, your lookin at a little more mula..

if he was looking at a 35r tho, that will save him alot of money. You could always go with a fp 3052 or fp 3065 turbo. Those are awesome ball bearing turbos.
