Lightbulb High idle

Is the throttle cable binded an any way? and I'm assuming that this is the 1st time youve had/not pre-existing?

Egr valve wont cause a high idle, is the throttle plate closed completely?

It looks like it is closed all the way.

Haveyou checked the MAP sensor? this could also affect your idle.

Something else I would check is the throttle positioning sensor. I have a high throttle too (not as high though) and thats my next target is the tps.

If the throttle plate is closed, air is still bypassing the throttle plate to cause the high idle. Check the BISS screw o-ring, throttle body gaskets, and the intake manifold gasket. If none of those are the culpret it may be the FIAV or the throttle seals going bad.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions i gave up and had it towed to be looked at by a mechanic so far he has found no vacuum leak.next he is going to use a live data reader and see if anything pops up but first he has to fix my obd2 plug cuz it isn't getting a constant 12v.and i have already replaced the TPS,IAC Valve And EGR
