96 Eclipse Electrical Problem
My radiator cooling fans, my AC compressor, my AC/heater fan won't turn on. I have tested all fuses, relays and links. Anyone have a clue? I'd greatly appreciate it. Give me the correct fix and I'll send you free shampoo/conditioner for a year.
Thanks.

so neither fan comes on? are you positive because the circuits are pretty separated between the fans. separate hi/low relays, separate grounds. relays are controlled by the car ecu, which gets a signal from the engine coolant temp sensor.
As for the a/c compressor itself that is probably a separate issue, could be several things, bad compressor, low ac, etc.
Pretty much make sure you are checking the right fuses and relays and try replacing the engine coolant temp sensor.

my wife loves the idea of shampoo and conditioner for a year.
OK surest way to test fan. get a cheap circit tester with light. and two jumper wires with aligator clips. hook tester to neg. battery terminal unplug fan. touch each socket of that plug. the one that lights up is ur hot (positive) and the other fat wire is negitive disconnect tester and hook one jumper to positive battery & the other end to posiitve on the fan itself( th other half you just tested . hook 2nd jumper to negitve battery and touch negitive on fan IF FAN IS ALIVE IT WILL WORK IF NOT FAN IS DEAD. if u got 2 fans test seperatly.. good luck send me an email if any questions chiujunk@yahoo.com
