I have a bone stock 97 eclipse GS, it's the base model, but i'm not racing it I want it for visual show, so I need a little help.

1. stereo systems

2. Lighting and electronics

3. visual (interior and exterior)

I'm working on one at a time for now, I have the stereo (needs a little tuning and install questions), and a few lighting acc.,

 

I have 2 Memphis M3's in a Memphis ported box running a 1000 watt class D Memphis Amp, I'll add pics later (camera's been dead for a while)

The Problem-

I had a 98 Durango, the system sounded amazing no matter which way it sat, now it don't seem as loud in the eclipse, I have them facing towards the front whith the amp mounted on top of the boc (in window view)
how can i make my dB higher?
