AFC Neo Trouble

AFC Neo Trouble
I've had my afc neo in my car since I bought it over a year ago and have had zero problems with itover that time. The other day I started up my car and it idled rough and my wideband read 11 to 1 or so in that range. Bascially it behaved like the afc was not plugged in. I checked the wiring and what notand everything was good. Then the the damn thing went into "demo mode" where it gives a visual walk through of the controller, which is really just a slide show loop and it has been stuck there ever since. The car now runs fine like its reading the settings but I can't get the controller out of demo mode. I read over the manual and didn;t find anything, and i looked at apexi's FAQ's online just in case it was there and so far no luck. I gave them a call but got a recorder. I'll keep trying them but in the mean time does anyone have any idea how to get it out of this loop or had this problem before? Is there a way to reset the controller?
Any help is appreciated

RE: AFC Neo Trouble
Well, the only way to reset it to most likely disconnect the power from it completely. That poses the problem of resetting all the configurations though. So, if you know what everything is set to, then I say unplug it. If not, then keep trying. There may have been a power spike from somewhere or an internal relay is stuck. Well, really there could have been a number of things that went wrong. That's electronics for you. Good luck with this issue guys. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
