Default Air Conditioning

Well my car eight years old (98-Spyder GS). And yesterday I noticed the air coniditioning not getting as cold as the day before that, and it was worse today. Where or how could I find the best resolution for this problem? Or does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks

your freon could be running low, mine's the same way. you can buy a/c recharging kits for like 40$. if you have a leak in your system tho, you might wanna take it to a garage and they put a dye in the system and they will fix the leak... it'll cost ya tho. i recommend recharging it yourself and seein how long it lasts

Default A/C Compressor?

Well, I got it check out and there weren't any leaks.... But I noticed after words that while driving with the AC on during acceleration the car would kinda of sputter like the AC Compressor was cutting on and off during accleration.... Could that be a crapped out AC Compressor?

i had that same problem about a month ago. car started losing MAJOR power on acceleration when the heat or the A/C was on... turned out to be the tensioner was too tight.
