Im diein to get a 1998 or 1999 eclipse gsx, the problem is that im havin trouble findin one...the reason i want the gsx is the all wheel drive. Recently ive been lookin at the gst because there easier to find. Does anyone know if it is possible to make the gst an all wheel drive??? any help is appreciated!

 

yes you can make a gst awd. but it would be best to just buy one awd already. i know someone selling a 98 gsx.

 

yea i figured its just hard to find the gsx in good condition with low miles....im interested in seeing the gsx that is for sale...where is it located?

 

its in oklahoma but its in great shape the car looks really good. its from a guy i know here.

 

they are hella hard to find in good shape. It took me an entire year to find a 2nd gen '97-'99 with less than 60,000. found it on autotrader

 

yeah i know ive been lookin for months...if anyone knows of anyone selling a 97-99 eclipse in the new york new jersey area let me know...i need one around that area or within a couple states of that area. thanx

idk cause its kinda far from me...how many miles are on it and wat mods does he have done to it?

 

I found mine on auction at a local car dealership....I purchased it for dirt cheap.....It had a few problems but nothing that I couldn't fix or replace......You'll find one eventually but I can almost guarantee you will not find a GSX for cheap unless it has a few things that need to be fixed. I had to put a new rear transfer case on the one I purchased. It was leaky and made noise when driven when I picked it up. I replaced it next day with one I purchased from a friend and no more problem. Keep an eye out and you'll find the one you want....good luck with it
