that is correct, as long as all of the marks are lined up correctly with #1 cylinder at dead top you are good, there is a certain way to put the timing belt on that is easier than others though, start at the bottom on the crank, move along the idler bearings and then to the timing belt, basically start at 6oclock and move counterclockwise along it, once you get everything on, make sure your marks are still lined up and then you should be good to go.

RCJr didn't know you had the 4G63T engine so he's been basing his advice on the 420A the other available engine for the vehicle. Alot of the info he gave though is correct for both. Some stuff though is easier one way for the 420A and another way for the 4G63.
