ill run a boost leak test when i get off work today to see if that is my problem. just though it ironic that it started happening right after i changed spark plugs. it was minor before i changed them and after it does it alot worse.

fuel filter has already been changed. it was changed when i had a tune up about 2 months back.

What do you have the plugs gapped at? Should be .028.

i have plain ngk plugs in there. from my understanding they come pre gapped. but i will check

we put my frinds plugs in his gsx the same day, used the same plugs and did not gap them. his is running perfectly fine. so im assuming they are pre gapped. but like i sayed i could be wrong.

They do usually come pre gapped, but your problem sounds like it could possibly be misgapped plugs. Have you checked it yet? I always check them, most of the time they are in spec but there's been once or twice they were out of spec.

just an update.i checked the gap on the plugs today and they were off by about eight. they should have been gapped at around 30-32 and it was more like 40. igapped them correctly and now the car runs like a champ, for now.
