This is a new one to me. I've never seen anything like it before. Is it aftermarket? Or is it actually a stock component for the starion/eclipse? Anyone know? And if it's aftermarket does it work?

x2, me personally... I dont have one on the car and my catch can is full of a water/oil/exaust gas mix... its aweseome.

 

I've seen this before and it's NOT one of those Ebay gadgets that have no real benefits. In fact, many 3S owners (esp VR4) swear by it . I don't know after reading that it still seems a bit indecisive as to whether it's a good idea or not... Also just like having excessive pressure in the crankcase is a bad thing I would think excessive vacuum would be just as bad...
