I wanted to know what people know or think about APC racing seats.I saw them at Andysautosport.com and they seem to be what i want. I like the look, and the price. Although I'm not sure about the quality of the seats. I have a 99 gst turbo Eclipse. What do you guys think i should do. They are 130 each.

yeah, apc is probably the worst brand associated with cars. everything apc is crap.

Haha, ok, we've gotten the ricer comments out of the way... I bought some APC racing seats for my last car off of eBay. I've had them for alittle over two years now. The main issues that I've had with them is that the little metal bars going through the seat keep poking out of the fabric which is annoying and having the car parked outside most of the time has made the outsides of the seats begin to fade. So i don't know, would I buy them again? Probably not... Do I regret getting them? Nah, it was a good deal... you just get what you pay for.

 

I'll stick with my power leather seats

 

Hrm I would say negative on the APC thing. I have SPARCO Tornios in my Talon and love them...Good look, good quality, and feel great!

 

hahaha..Dude, you get APC stuff at like Advance Auto..the total ricer store..when you get those seats make sure you get the APC windshield banner too and floss that **** LOL...My racing seats in my '99 GS-T are made by Evolution Racing which makes the seats for the
World Rally Championship race cars...The one thing that pisses me off about mine is that they said I could use my factory seat brackets to mount them...Bull****!! There was no way of mounting those on my factory brackets...The brackets were a good 2 inches wider than the seat sliders..so I did a little redneck fabrication and bolted my seats in...what a bitch that was! I really need to get brackets.....grrrrr

 

i got ya guys..i just don't feel like paying a ton of money for seats right now..lol i don't have it..
