Default Belt tensioner pulley removal :|

The bearing in my tensioner pulley is gone, and i'm trying to get the darn thing off; so, I loosened the tension screw and took the nut off of the bolt holding the pulley in place, but when I go to push it out it just hits against the fender and I can't go any further. Is there some kind of trick to get this off? or do I need to take off the whole assembly.

Thanks!

I dont remember the engine bay much but is there a way to get clearance if you take off the engine mount on that side and jack the motor?

I remember the evo was like that
