Body Parts

An unforseen curb took off the bottom runner on my right door. I am trying to find a replacement part for my 99 Eclipse. Does anyone know what exactly this part is called or where I could find a cheap one?

Try a local junk yard. They would probably have and it would be pretty inexpensive.
