Default Boost too high?

Ok, when i bought my GST, the boost control was set on about 12-13 psi. My husband bumped it up a little bit to bout 15 psi and also gave the BOV a tweak. When i am in third gear, at about 3500-4000 rpm's the turbo kinda cuts out for a second. Now is my boost turned up just a little too high and maybegiving a fuel cut or could it be something else. My GST is stock except for the aftermarket boost control and BOV. It is very fast and doesnt do this everytime. If i get on it and get on through third gear most of the time it doesnt do anything but just normal everyday driving around town, it will.

no 15psi should be fine. My guess is that your are misfiring and it might just be spark plugs and wires

It may be the injectors are dirty and can't keep up to the 15 psi... Try cleaning them..

its completely stock besides boost controller and bov? you're suffocating your car/turbo, invest in at least a catback exahust if not a turbo back, and an intake. not only will you be a lot quicker, your car will love you for it.

Anyways, i'll still keep doing stuff to it, there's not much out there that can slow me down haha. Thanks again everyone!!!!
