break in new clutch?
So I herd that when I get my new clutch installed I need to break it in but not driving it hard for the first 300 miles, is this correct? is there any breakin procedure for a new flywheel?

ACT recommends 200-300 miles of driving, but they mean city driving, not hopping on the nearest expressway and driving a few hundred miles... if you're not stopping and going, you're not breaking in the clutch. Don't beat on it (i.e. no launching, autocross, racing). Take that time to get use to it, you'll need it if you have a 2600 or stronger, or a lightened flywheel. You are going to need the time anyway to get use to it anyway
ok so I got the car back today and the clutch and flywheel were installed, I have a couple questions. When I push the clutch pedal all the way to the floor it makes a weird noise and wont let me shift, but when I pull it back just a little it works fine, is taht normal? also when you let off the gas (compression braking) the clutch seems to be making a weird noise is that normal? thanks!
For the part about pushing all the way to the floor. Try and adjust the clutch pedal with the bolt behind it and see if that fixes it. Adjust it so the clutch is lower.
As for the noise. Im not really sure what your talking about

my clutch did everything except for the noise part when i got it put in. wait about a week of normal driving and the pedal travel should return to normal. as for the noise, not sure what to say about that, what kind of noise is it?
OK good news today I think the clutch setteled in more. the pedal is almost back to normal but now the releases is really close to the floor, in other words ou dont have to bring it up much to get it to engauge. Is that how it is supposed to be? The new clutch is so different, let's just say I have had a couple HARD shifts.
