Default A/C Refill Cant find Low Pressure Point To Refill

I bought the 134a+ Refill with hose to refill my 97 GST and i cant seem to find the low pressure point to refil the ac? My friends car needed to refill the A/C aswell, and his car had the low and high pressure next to each other marked as "L" AND "H". I know its the high pressure point that i found because the hole is bigger like the one that he has as "H"?
If someone knows where the Low pressure is located , id really appreciate it. It would help if i can get a picture or something if possible. Thanks.
Or maybe i need an adapter?

Mine is close to the firewall and below the intake manifold. You may want an extention to properly see the gauge is what you have is the Walmart refill where the gauge is right where the line and bottle connect. The problem with that one is that the line is too short considering where the low side is.

if you can find the two metalic lines, they are for the refrigerant. there is a skinny one and a thick one. the thick one is the low pressure side

I read an article about how to "Properly" refill refrigerant. They mentioned something about putting in "Oil Charge" first otherwise it will damage the engine. And they also recommend getting the system flush before adding in anything, so that way you know exactly how much to add. It just sounds like a lot of precise dangerous work that you have to be careful, otherwise you ruin expensive parts. I don't even know if it's as bad as it sounds. I'm just telling you what I read.
