Mas is mass air sensor aka maf mass air flow. Do u have an injector pulse when you crank it?

Let's start with the beginning and finish with the end, ok.
How long has this been acting up? Did this just start? Did this issue work its way to the no start condition? Why do you have a turbo ECU on a non-turbo car? The TB has nothing to do with turbo fuel, timing, crank position, and other various sensor maps on a N/A motor.
Anyway, fill us in, it would help us in helping you.

Since I don't know if your car has run in this state with the turbo ECU, I'm going to say that the no start issue is because the sensors timing signal is off timing with the ECU's timing/crank map. For example, the crank signal fires at TDC, but TDC for N/A (naturally aspirated/non-turbo car) is off a degree, two, or more. Therefor, the injectors fire NOW, but the plugs fire after saturation, or vice versa. Again, I'm shooting in the dark, so fill us in please.
The TB (throttle body) has nothing to do with the ECU other than the throttle plates position in reference to how much fuel to dump in. Again, N/A and turbo ECU maps are different.
