i've been asking this question in various parts of the website to get differet opinions...just lookin for a good exhaust system that will give me a clean sound without overpowering, most important is to have sufficient output for my engine...by the way i have a red 99 eclipse gst i've checked out the following: apexi, 5zigen, HKS, and some others just lookin for outside opinion, thanx

Once again, go for the Greddy EVOII. Nice mellow sound to it, but a little meaner when u get on it.

and no offense to you but I personally think 2Gs with thermal exhausts sound horrible atleast the ones I have heard, it takes a 16G turbo to help sound better cause on the T25 the thermal is ugly sounding

I got a magna flow exhaust system on my car and I was looking for the same things. I wanted it to sound good but not in the cabin! The magna flow exhaust is very low and mellow sounding, there arent any high pitched weed wacker noises coming out, if you know what I mean! Even tho the sound clips on the site are for the non turbo cars it still sounds exactly the same but a little quiter, which you can fix by getting a shorter resenator http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/s...ort&id=237
