Default Clutch

I currently own a 1997 Eclipse GST with 140,000 miles. I have replaced this clutch 2 times thus far in this car. I was having a problem again this past weekend, so I took it to the dealership. They replaced the master and slave cylinder, but the petal is sticking a bit and and it's hard to get into some of the gears. Is it normal for the clutch to be replaced 3 times. I know it has many miles on it, but I'm a girl and I don't drive it hard.

Also, if I decide that I want to get rid of it, could someone suggest if I should just trade it in or would I get some money out of it if I sell on my own. How much would I ask???

I think a sticking clutch was a sign of crankwalk on its way? no?

you could get more if you sell it but if it is infact crankwalk coming id trade it just so it is off your hands, but I dont own a DSM so dont take my word for it

I don't hear a clicking noise, just the clutch sticking to the floor every now and then after I shift gears.

It sticks every now and then after I shift gears. Not when the car is in a specific position. It's like there is air in the line or it's not getting fluid.

I thought the ticking sound is really best herd when next to a wall so it echos enough.

either way a clutch should need to be replaced a bunch of time unless it is getting beat by a bad driver or raceing. my buddies 95 Talon AWD had the clutch change for the first time at 125,000 miles and he drove it hard just never launched it

obviously, the clutch is not the problem. there is another problem causing these symptoms. they are getting similar to symptoms of crankwalk. im not going to say thats what you have....but i wouldn't rule it out.
