Clutch Pedal "Sticking"

It started doing this monday. Its not anything to do with the master cylinder or the clutch system(new master,slave and ss line) because the clutch is already "out" (the pedal is up) and the pedal just sticks there. 99% of the time it will stick and sometimes it will come back up otherwise you can move it back up with your foot.Watch the video then its easier to understand.

Yep, i dont think its anything to do with that because the arm that goes from the pedal to the master isnt even really moving at all when its sticking. Its like its somewhere in the pedal assembly under the dash but its impossible to get a good look at anything because its so tight under there.

Well try bleeding it.Or take the cap of the reservoir and pump the clutch pedal for about 5 mins... not how ever long you feel like it... seriously like 5 mins. That should get out 99% of the air.
