I don't think bigger injectors are the key. You need bigger injectors when you upgrade the rest of the car to the point where you're not getting enough fuel to match the a/f ratios and you're leaning out. In an N/A, he's not going to reach that... not until MUCH later.

And you can't really easily 'tune' our cars. You'd need megasquirt or something. You can't just hook our ECU's up to a computer and tune them.

Yeah, you can upgrade the ignition system. Get new plugs (you don't need fancy ones...not at our level...unless you like spending a lot of money), new wires (I got the $30 dollar ones), and an MSD coil.

Okay, you said it's a show car. Like I said, Intake/Exhaust/Header. The intake looks great. Helluva lot better that that mess of black plastic in there. A header also looks awesome in there. Chrome vs. Aged/Oxidized Cast Iron. Exhaust provides a more aggressive sound. And certainly doesn't hurt performance.
I splurged on my intake, but you can easily get all three (Cold Air Intake, Cat-Back Exhaust, and 4-1 or 4-2-1 Header) for $300.
I got my Header on Craigslist for $100 I think it is BBS or something like that. Some no-name brand.
I got my exhaust on ebay for just a bit over $100 shipped.
CAI intakes can be had for pennies.
Do these and you'll feel a little more pep and your engine bay will match the rest of your show car

Ethan.
