usually a blown head gasket will leak more compression than that
i would honestly do a leakdown test , or just put constant air on that cylinder and see if you get air coming up out of the cooling system

#1 is always the first to have problems in them so to me lower compression would almost be normal, thats the first cylinder to lose rods bearings, and always has the most worn out rings and piston.

160 to 180 is not all that bad. Normal range is 10 percent. You are just over that. Oil test would be my first, leak down would be my second. Actually, a repeat regular compression test would be my #1. Remember to open the throttle body to get the best results.
