I was just wondering if anyone has ever converted the dash and HVAC lights to a different color? I was thinking about doing red or blue. Has anyone seen this, if so how difficult is it? I did it on my integra a few years back so I thought I would see how easy it was before I really dug into it.

well I am pretty sure that you can just take the bulbs out of your gauge cluster and go to an auto parts store (I went to schucks) and get blue bulbs, but I don't know for sure.

well the way to get the gauges out is that you take the black pastic surrounding the gauges with the two screw on the top, then you tilt the steering wheel all the way down and pull directly out with it (there are a couple spots where is is just clipped into the dash. Then you just unscrew the gauge cluster. If it uses bulbs like I have done before you can just take the bulbs out from the back of the cluster and just replace them.

Yea you can just change the bulb color, its pretty easy. If you can't find a different color in the bulb you want I know some places carry bulb covers that can change the color or if you your savy enough with a volt meter and wiring you can just wire in a different bulb.

dorian7told you the post before mine. You have two bolts at the top, you you use a small screw driver or a squew bit driver to get them out. Then you just popl that plastic part out. Tilt down the steering wheel and there is about four more screws I believe to get it out. I did likethree years ago to replace some bulbs behind my eclipse so I can't remember but I remember it took me like five minutes to do.
