My dashboard lights are still not working correctly. The secondary lights like the SRS, Emergency Brake, Check Engine, etc. are all in working condition. The only problem is the lights that lit the speedometer and such. I've checked the fuses and the **** isn't a problem, so i'm rather confused. If anybody could shed some light, it would be greatly appreciated.

Also, just out of curiousity, I was wondering if a 6-cylinder engine would fit into a '97 RS Turbo... Just toying with the idea.

 

have u ever messed around with the gauge cluster? i noticed that u like illumiglo gauges and it is possible that the cluster could have been screwed up when u put the new covers on. do all the lights go out at the same time or do they go off one at a time?

 

I've only messed with the gauges since after they stopped working. A couple months ago, I took it into the shop to get the headlights fixed up. Since the moment I got it back, the dashboard simply will not light up... I dont know if he messed with anything, but he said that the previous owner had removed all but one of the lights behind the dash... So I might just need to replace the lights, but I dont know where I'd get some.

 

#74 is the bulb that goes in the dash cluster.

by the way, no, a 6 cyl wouldnt fit into an rs without MAJOR mods... and neither will a turbo eclipse motor, just in case you were wonderin
