I actually replaced my door handle. But I have to warn you, prepare for a few hours of frustration. You will need to take the inside door panel off, peel the plastic cover off from inside the door panel and squeeze your hand into the small space to get to the screw on the inside the handle itself. But it can be done.

yeah i saw a kit somewhere on the internet where you put metal into the plastic to make it stronger, ill look for it in a few minutes for you.

heres the link for the kit....http://www.rcaz.com/rcaz/sub%20index...efix/index.htm

a couple guys at TampaRacing's forum used em cuz they kept breaking and they say it works great.

Rene is correct. I (amazingly) pulled both of my door handles off in the same freaking day. Bought a set of metal stock door handles from ebay and never had another problem but oh my lord. there is absolutely NOTHING more frusterating than working on door handles!!!!!!!! you might as well take some muscle relaxers to make sure you don't end up kicking your car or lighting it on fire. no joke!

I pulled my driver side door handle off while leaving the bodyshop after getting my front bumper
replaced lol. It's been that way for a few months now and im sick of leaning over from the
passenger side to open the door.
