well sebba that depends on where you buy the EMS from. If you buy it offline then your probably not gonna get it free. And dyno time is still not gonna be cheap. So say your still gonna spend 2k+ at least total. For the HP that he is looking at and the turbo setup i say just stay with the DSM link

IMO worth the extra functionality and power gain. Now, if you plan on changing your setup in the slightest way... then i would say dont do it. Because as soon as you do that you are on your own and that is not likely to be an easy job. So, only do it if you have 100% decided on your setup and plan to add nothing more. You have to re tune it every time you change something..... not cool. DSM Link is a little more flexable and easier to use. So just add up the pros and cons to determine what is right for you.

EMS is not all that much more than dsmlink when you consider the eprom etc... the part many, many people forget before they go dropping the change is DSMlink is 100% easier to use but at the same time EMS has 100% more possibilities. Of course, that's a large exaggeration but in all honesty, tuning an EMS perfect is not a day job... in fact, to get it perfect it's gonna take some work. DSMlink on the other hand is a cinch.

And before people slam me for saying that EMS is not much more expensive than dsmlink... $600 dsmlink + $250 eprom ecu = $850

You can get the EMS system for $1k.
