It doesn't say anything about what another blue wire could be for? Perhaps BOTH are for speed sensors just the option of having a secondary speed sensor input?

see thats why i was confused.. i believe in my ecu there is only one speed sensor wire... it did say something about splicing the two blue wires from the turbo timer.. but does that make sense... basically i dont wanna go splicing random **** and frying it... damn.. if you can help anymore please do.

K it makes perfect sense actually. It's set up just in case you DO have 2 speed sensors. It'll take seperate inputs. Splice the 2 together and you'll STILL be getting the 2 inputs but it'll only be using the one sensor. Make sense? Basically it's like connecting the hot wire for 2 different light bulbs together to run them both off the same battery. The battery = your speed sensor the wires = your 2 blue wires. Understand now?

It's not that so much as a way of keeping the system in check. If you have 2 inputs for the same type sensor (If the vehicle is equiped with 2) the computer can compare the 2 readings and give it a margin of error that is acceptable and possibly notify you of something awry if those specs are too far apart.
