My advice would be just to buy the intercooler core (name brand) and have the pipes custom bent. Its a lot cheaper to go that route then to buy a kit.

my advise is.... you get what you pay for... cheap ebay products are cheap for a reason. Stick with the good stuff people can trust

yea but a brand name intercooler core is more than the whole ebay package from this ebay tuner store lol...thanks though for your advice..to be honest i just like the look of the fmic..and i dont' think i'm gonna be racing, not just yet..wouldn't race unless i had at least 300 horses..so maby as time goes by and i do more things liek a bigger turbo or something i might just go all out with the FMIC

notice that he said from people with expeireince. Your telling the kid to spend alot more money than he needs to

You can get an intercooler from ebay they will work just fine. Trust me. Currently NESpeed has one from ebay on his rx-7 that i think he only paid $200 for and he is using it on a single turbo setup. The pipe going to the intake is always cold, so its working fine. As long as your willing to do all the piping then its worth it.

Also on this "cheap" FMIC he is running close to 500hp.

There is only one company on ebay that i trust and thats because i questioned the hell out of the guy and he was cool about it... and i was soo ****in rude to him and at the end i said i was just testin him... and when im ready to get my FMIC i will be purchasing one of his.

PS... Why the hell would anyone make a black intercooler?

there are some crap ebay fmics out there but there are also some good ones. there are also some good/bad name brands. apexs are nice, greddys use long piping (more lag/pressure drop) and weak fins (every rock thats hits the core on the road is gonna smash them.
