black helps when cops are a problem and the color isnt going to reduce the efficiency by any means

 

yea but seriously is it going to make that much of a difference if you , say you have a silver or red car or anythign but black..

 

but seriously... black attracts ALOT of heat...

i admit silver looks better, im just pointing out the fact that some people go for black for the stealth/sleeper look and to avoid cop problems. And that color is not going to affect performance in any way.

 

Eh, some heat resistant coatings are black even, I can't imagine that it would increase ambient temps much if at all while cruising and it definitely keeps "the man" out of your business. When I get around to putting the motor I pulled out of the Talon into a colt or mirage I think I'll have the intercooler anodized black.
